As part of the NSW Reconstruction Authority's Industry Forum on workforce diversity, a printed factsheet was created to spark conversation and support meaningful engagement around building a more inclusive construction industry.

The factsheet unfolded into a vibrant, double-sided A3 spread that doubled as a practical tool. At its core was a clean, easy-to-follow flowchart stretching across the two inner pages — designed to guide both employers and job seekers through the diversity landscape.
